Is this air filtration?
While the unit does contain a filter, the sanitation mechanism is far more dynamic, hence “Active”. Filters rely on all of the treated air moving through the system. ActivePure disperses ionized water into the rooms similar to the way a humidifier puts water into the indoor space. Inside air does not have to make its way all the way back to the device to be sanitized. Also, any surface that comes in contact with this treated air becomes sanitized as well. You do not achieve that outcome using even the highest quality and most expensive filtration systems that money can buy.
